To enhance its taste even more, milk, khoya and sweet are also added according to taste. It is made by crisping it well in tandoor. Then after taking it out of the oven, it is dipped well in desi ghee. After which Shahi Sheermal aka Shahi Pizza gets ready to eat and sell.

Here you will get 5 types of sheermal to eat. Badam Sheermal, Til Badam Shahi Sheermal, Special Badam Sheermal, Pista Kaju Badam Sheermal and Full Dry Fruit Sheermal. The difference between all these shirmal is the desi ghee and dry fruits applied on it. Here the rate of Sheermal ranges from Rs.50 to Rs.250. ‘Vineet’, who has been coming here from Rohini for the last 5 years to eat and take Sheermal, said that there is no answer to his Sheermal. ‘Mohammed’ who often comes here to take Sheermal.
