When the team of News 18 Local asked ‘Dawood’, who works at this hotel, about the method of making Shahi Sheermal, he said that many types of flour and dry fruits are added to it. To enhance its taste even more, milk, khoya and sweet are also added according to taste. It is made by crisping it well in tandoor. Then after taking it out of the oven, it is dipped well in desi ghee. After which Shahi Sheermal aka Shahi Pizza gets ready to eat and sell.

5 types of sheermal will be found here
Here you will get 5 types of sheermal to eat. Badam Sheermal, Til Badam Shahi Sheermal, Special Badam Sheermal, Pista Kaju Badam Sheermal and Full Dry Fruit Sheermal. The difference between all these shirmal is the desi ghee and dry fruits applied on it. Here the rate of Sheermal ranges from Rs.50 to Rs.250. ‘Vineet’, who has been coming here from Rohini for the last 5 years to eat and take Sheermal, said that there is no answer to his Sheermal. ‘Mohammed’ who often comes here to take Sheermal. He said that ever since the inception of this hotel, he has been taking sheermal from here.
